비텔로 톤나토는 송아지고기 위에 고소한 참치 크림소스랑 케이퍼가 딱 맞고 빵이랑 같이 먹으면 사르르 녹아요... 먹물 탈리올리니는 생면 특유의 케리함이 해산물 소스랑 잘어울렷어요. 밀라네제는 두툴한 커틀릿이 바삭하고 촉촉해서 와인이랑 진짜 잘 어울립니다
